By using SyncDate, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before creating an account.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SyncDate. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile information.

2. Acceptable use

You may not harass other users, post illegal content, impersonate others, or misuse location features. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

3. Premium features & shop

Optional in-app purchases are subject to the respective store terms (Google Play, App Store). Refunds are handled by the store provider.

4. Liability

SyncDate is provided "as is". We are not liable for user interactions or meetings arranged through the app. Always exercise caution when meeting people in person.

5. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated in the app.
